(2) The first survey of the existing yacht.

2. Post-construction inspection, including:

2. The validity period of the certificate shall not exceed 5 years.

3. The interval between inspections after construction:

1. Yachts that have obtained the required certificates shall be inspected after construction at the required intervals and specified contents.

2. The annual inspection shall be carried out within 3 months before and after each week of completion, commissioning, or renewal inspection date. After passing the inspection, the surveyor signs the corresponding certificate, confirming that the certificate continues to be valid within the prescribed action period.

3. The upper row/dock in-house inspection should be no less than 2 times within 5 years, and the longest interval is not more than 3 years, but one of them should be conducted during the annual inspection. After passing the inspection, the surveyor signs the corresponding certificate, confirming that the certificate continues to be valid within the prescribed period.

(2), when changing the use or navigation area limited by the yacht certificate;

(3) When the certificate is invalid;

(4) When the owner or operator of the yacht changes or the port of registry changes;
